Everything was fine when I first subscribed 4 or 5 years ago. Within the last 2 years I have gotten 2 pairs of socks even though I continue to be charged monthly. I went to the website to cancel my subscription, logged in, and was told I do not have a subscription. I clicked on the link for live chat and nothing came up. It says there’s a form you can fill out and submit but the form is not there. When you click on the phone number it goes to a supply company that has nothing to do with Say It With A Sock. The man at that company said he has tried to reach Say It With A Sock many times so they can correct the mistake but no one answers or calls him back. I tried to have Rocket Money cancel the subscription and they told Rocket Money that customers have to cancel their own accounts. How can I do that if I can’t get a hold of anyone? I want to be reimbursed for 27 months of being charged without receiving socks and I want my account canceled.
Order a subscription for our son for Christmas. He wears leg braces and LOVES to wear fun socks ... making his leg braces look mighty cool! The socks are amazing and the perfect gift for Alex! We also ordered some "extras". When we opened the first box, we noticed one missing item. Through FB, they took care of the problem in record time. Super friendly, polite and helpful!!
