Q: How does it work?

We're a fun sock of the month club. When you join the club, we'll send you one or two fun pairs of socks in the mail every month, depending on which subscrption plan you choose.

Q: How much does it cost?

Subscriptions start at $12.99/month for 1 pair of socks or $19.99/month for 2 pairs of socks. We also offer 6-month and 12-month subscription plans, which make great gifts.

Q: How frequently will I receive socks?

You'll receive socks every month. You can always skip a month or pause your subscription if you're traveling. To do this, log into your account and under 'Upcoming Shipments' select the date to ship your socks.

Q: If I sign up for a subscription, will it renew automatically?

If you sign up for a prepaid 6-month or 12-month subscription plan, it will never automatically renew.

All other month-to-month subscription plans automatically renew every month. If you want to modify, skip, or cancel your subscription, log into your account here and click on "My Subscriptions" on the left-hand side of the page.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Right now we currently ship to these countries: United States of America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Israel, Switzerland and Singapore.
With non-US orders, it can take up to 4 weeks for your socks to arrive. Please note that depending on where you live, your homeland may charge you for customs.

Q: Can I choose the socks I get?

Where's the fun in that?! We have sockologists who know all the latest and greatest sock designs available. Every month, they curate your subscription box with the best quality socks and latest designs.

You can't choose your socks, but you CAN choose between graphic socks and patterned socks. Graphic socks are loud and proud with fun designs like pizza, pandas, and puppies. Patterned socks are still fun, but they're a little more subdued. Think stripes, argyle, and polka-dots.

Once you sign up, you can always change your sock style preference. Or, better yet, you can upgrade and receive one of each per month.

Q: What sizes are the socks?

We bring sock fun to the whole family! Our socks come in 4 different sizes:  
Mens: US 7 - 13
Womens: US 5 - 10
Kid's Large: Ages 7 - 10
Kid's Medium: Ages 3 - 6

Q: How do the socks fit?

All of our socks are crew socks that sit mid-way on your calf. They fit great AND look great.

Q: What are the socks made of?

All of our socks are made from the highest quality combed cotton. More specifically, they're 70% combed cotton, 25% polyester (for the fun designs) and 5% spandex. And 100% awesome, of course.

Q: What if I don't like the socks?

We always want our subscribers to LOVE their socks. If you don't for any reason, send us a message and as part of our happiness guarantee, we'll send you a free replacement pair with your next shipment.

Only active subscribers can request replacement socks, and they can only do so once every 6 months. If your subscription is canceled or expired, you won't be able to exchange your socks. Additionally, Cyber Week and Black Friday orders are not eligibile for replacement socks.

2. Ordering and Gifting Questions

Q: When will my order ship?

Regular Orders

Your first shipment will be sent within 1-3 business days. US shipping generally takes 3-5 business days. International orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive depending on the country. Your subsequent shipments will be sent around the 10th of of each month. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email.

Q: Can I order multiple subscriptions?

Yes! The more socks subscriptions, the merrier, we say. However, you can only order one subscription at a time; if you're giving multiple gifts, you'll have to start a new order each time. If you're ordering more than 30 subscriptions, please contact us here for special pricing.

Q: If I order multiple subscriptions, will they all have the same socks?

Yes. Each month, most of our subscribers get the same sock. Think of it as twinning with stylish strangers around the world.

Q: Can the recipient change the sock style?

Yes. They can email us at hello@sayitwithasock.com at any time to change their sock style preference.

Q: What if I want to buy a gift subscription now, but don't want the recipient to know about it yet?

Don't worry, your surprise is safe with us. Gift recipients won't receive any emails from us until after their second shipment. When you purchase a gift subscription, you'll have the option to send them an email on the date of your choice notifying them about the gift.

Q: What if I want the first month of a gift subscription shipped to me?

If you want to gift the first month of socks to your recipient in person, we can easily accommodate that. To do this, sign up using your address. Then, send us an email asking us to change the address for the remaining shipments.

Q: I have a coupon code. How can I use it?

You can add your coupon code on the checkout page. Look for the form field under your order total.

Q: What happens after I place my order?

You'll receive an order confirmation email outlining the details of your order.

3. Current Subscriber Questions

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

We're sorry to see you go. To cancel your subscription, sign into your account here and go to the "My Subscriptions" page on the left-hand side of the page. Click "Cancel Subscription" under the subscription you want to cancel. Please note that you can only cancel month-to-month subscriptions and are unable to cancel prepaid 6-month and 12-month subscriptions. 6-month and 12-month subscriptions do not automatically renew.

Q: How do I change my shipping address?

Log into your account here, select your current address, and update it to your new address. Once that's done, all of your future subscriptions will be sent to the new address. If you received a subscription as a gift, please email us at hello@sayitwithasock.com with your subscription ID number or the email address of the person who gifted you the subscription.

Q: How do I check my order status?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can also log into your account here to check the status of your previous orders.
