Cancel Subscription

Follow these steps to cancel your subscription. Feel free to contact us at any time if you need any help or get stuck. Unlike {{ insert your gym here }}, we want to make it easy for you to cancel, pause or modify your subscription. 

 

 

Step 1 - Sign Into Account

Sign into your account here. 

 

Step 2 - Click on 'Manage Subscriptions'

 

Step 3 - Click on 'Edit Subscription'

Step 4 - At the bottom of the page click on 'Cancel Subscription'

 

Please note that you can only cancel month-to-month subscriptions. 

You are unable to cancel prepaid 6-month and 12-month subscriptions.
