All new orders will be shipped within a few days of placing your order. You can schedule an email to be sent to the recipient letting them know about their gift before.

After that, you can expect your socks to ship around the same date that you placed your order. If your order was placed before December 2016 then your socks socks will be shipped around the 25 of each month.

No! We would never do that to all you ladies out there! We currently offer sock subscription for men, women and now kids.

We are pretty sure that you clicked on this question by mistake but for the off chance that you didn’t then we will let you know how to cancel. All you have to do is log into your account here, select the subscription you would like to cancel and there is an option there to cancel your subscription. We would love to know why you are canceling though, so please make sure to let us know in the comments area.

Please note that you are canceling all renewals and not previous orders. All shipments that have been paid for before you cancel will still be shipped to you.

It’s actually a lot easier than you probably thought it was. All you have to do is log into your account here, select your current address and change it. Once that is done, all your future subscriptions will be sent to the new address.

Where is the fun in that?! We have socksologists who know all the best and latest sock designs available. Each month they order only the best quality and latest designs.

Your socks are customized to your liking by the two methods:

  1. Once you sign up, you can choose if you want pattern, graphic or either socks. Pattern socks are generally more business professional. Think polka-dots, stripes and argyle socks. Graphic socks are generally more fun and whimsical. You can also choose either which is the best of both worlds.
  2. After we send you your socks each month you will get an email asking you for feedback on the design we sent you. This feedback is used by our socksologists to determine which socks to send you going forward.

Of course! We have a happiness guarantee. If you don’t like the socks that we shipped you and you still have future shipments due to you, let us know and we will ship you a replacement pair! We kindly ask that you donate the other pair to a local homeless shelter.

Please note that you can only do this once every 6 months. Only active subscribers can request replacement socks, if your subscription is canceled or expired you will not be able to exchange your socks.

This is a cool new feature we are offering! Once you checkout you will be prompted to enter gift information. On that page you will be able to add your gift recipients email address, a message you want to email them and the date you want the email message sent.
