Month to Month Subscription (Prepaid)

My boyfriend made the “mistake” of saying he needed more socks before Christmas… Now we have fun opening a new package every month. So far I’ve only swiped one pair from him…

The socks are cute, comfortable and make my feet happy. The packaging is very clever.

I began my subscription with a 2 sock order. I received one. I reached out to customer service and they said, no worries, we’ll catch you up with next month’s order.
I received next month order this week. Still no additional pair of socks that I missed on my initial order. We aren’t off to a good start. What do in need to do to get what was promised?
